I am trying but QC always crashes because of those Kineme plugins...
This is what you basicly need to do: Delete the first video node on the left; replace it with an "Input Splitter" from the library - connect it to the two nodes the old videonode was connected to. Rename the Input Splitter to "inputImage" and then rightclick it and publish the input, save and you should be done.
