How do I install Quartz Composer on (at? with? in?... ) Lion?

Quartz Composer is part of the Xcode 4 install which is now distributed via the Mac App Store.
If you've got an account on developer.apple.com Mac Dev Center you can also download Xcode 4, as well as older versions, from there.
