Movie warp Points (How to?)

I'm stuck with tutorial chapter "18 Movie warp points". I create interest points, jump from one to another, etc. But nothing happens when I drag points in the warp point editor panel. The point moves but there's no time-warp effect on the clip.

Tutorial says:

"Once you've set one or more interesting points, you can use the Warp Point editor panel to apply a time-warp effect on the clip when it is playing back on a layer. By dragging warp points left and right, you can adjust the amount of time it takes to get from one interesting point to another, without changing the overall duration of the clip."

This feature would be really helpful.
